My direct debit is rejected

If you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account to pay your bill, your banker will refuse the direct debit. In return, access to your mobile phone will be restricted to you. You will only be able to receive outgoing calls. And on your side, it will be impossible for you to make a phone call until the situation is regularized.

On the other hand, in case of arrears, it will be impossible for you to present your direct debit again. There are three ways to pay the bill: by post, online via your subscriber area or by telephone.
