Summary
The possibilities to pay my Bouygues Telecom bill
As a customer, two payment methods are available to you: direct debit (preferred method of payment) and payment by credit card (to be used on an ad hoc basis).
Direct debit
From your customer area, you can opt for direct debit to pay your bills. This choice can be made at any time.
Just go to the “Invoices and payments” section, then select the “Billing preferences” tab, then “Payment method” and “Switch to direct debit”.
For direct debit to be possible, you must enter your RIB (bank account details) in your customer account, section « My personal information ». After receiving a one-time authentication code by e-mail or SMS, you will need to sign a SEPA mandate online.
The amount of your invoice will therefore be debited directly from your bank account within 15 days of its date of issue.
By credit card
You can completely pay your Bouygues Telecom mobile bill by credit card. To do this, go to your customer area, under “Invoices and Payments” and “Invoices”.
Choose the line of invoice to pay if you have several outstanding payments, and select « Consult/Pay ».
Payment by credit card is completely secure. Indeed, when you enter your bank details, the connection is encrypted. The site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which ensures data encryption. Finally, you also receive an SMS and an e-mail confirming payment.
Note: this method of payment can help you pay your bills occasionally, even if you have already entered your bank details. When you pay by credit card on your customer account, the direct debit is suspended for the month concerned.
Bouygues Telecom bills
All your Bouygues Telecom invoices are accessible in your customer area in electronic format. But know that you can also receive them in paper format by making a request to customer service.
A Bouygues Telecom invoice contains several parts. On the first page of the document, you will find the customer references, a summary of your telephone consumption as well as the amount and the date of direct debit. As for the following pages, they present the detailed invoice.
Keep in mind that the subscription date of your mobile offer corresponds to the billing date. Every month, you are billed on the same date.
However, the first Bbox invoice is unique because it contains an adjustment when your offer is put into service. This is a pro rata of the past period to which are added your subscriptions and options for the coming month.
