Located in the heart of downtown Brest, the Liberty multiplex cinema has 15 rooms. It offers a selection of films in both French and original versions.

With nearly 105 screenings each day, the Multiplexe Liberté cinema offers a programming very wide and for all tastes. From French comedy to American Block Buster, including dark thrillers and animated films, you’ll be spoiled for choice. From 11 a.m. to over 10 p.m. each evening, the multiplex located Place de la Liberté in Brest can reserve your place online and pay for it directly on its website to avoid waiting on site. Note that the Liberté cinema is accessible to people with disabilities. Indeed, a selection of films is available in audio description (an AD logo is indicated in the film description) and all the rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
It is also possible to book sessions for schools and groups. Just fill out a reservation form and you’re done!
You can download the Multiplexe Liberté mobile application. It allows you to consult the program with trailers and synopsis, schedules, events and previews and even to order your place. It is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Culture-rich events
The Multiplexe Liberté organizes numerous previews. The opportunity to discover the films before anyone else in the presence of the team of actors, directors… In addition, the cinema is in partnership with three major institutions in the world of culture : the French comedythe Bolshoi and the Metropolitan Opera. Thanks to these three big names in theatre, dance and opera, the multiplex broadcasts their works. Some plays will even be broadcast live. This access to culture makes it possible to discover a little-known and often expensive universe. A total of 23 performances are available. For the 2018-2019 season, the French comedystarts with a live play, Lucrezia Borgia, Thursday, October 18 at 8:15 p.m. The stars of Bolshoi will make their first performance on Sunday November 11 at 4 p.m. with a grand ballet: The sylph. Finally, the great New York scene of the Metropolitan Opera will start with Verdi’s Aidaon Saturday October 6 at 6.55 p.m. for 3.56 hours of performance!
