What is heartburn?

You can use green or white clay to use as a gastric bandage. If the white clay is softer, the green has an anti-inflammatory action, which can be beneficial in case of burns. In any case, select an ultra-ventilated clay. It is the only one that is suitable for food use. You will find it in pharmacies and parapharmacies.
Simply mix ½ teaspoon in ½ glass of water. Then, drink 30 minutes before meals, and at least 3 hours away from taking medication. Indeed, clay has an absorbent effect.
The operation can be performed twice a day, until the pain disappears. However, avoid using clay too frequently as it usually causes constipation.
Licorice
Licorice root has anti-inflammatory properties. It acts on the lining of the stomach and esophagus. On the other hand, it soothes irritations and facilitates the formation of mucus, which protects against gastric acidity by lining the stomach wall.
Use licorice in the form of powder capsules (400 g). You will find the product in pharmacies. Then swallow 1 to 2 capsules before meals (at least 30 minutes before), for 2 to 3 weeks.
Attention, this natural remedy should not be used in case of hypertension.
aloe vera gel
This natural antacid is effective as a gastric bandage. Simply drink two tablespoons of pure aloe vera gel.
The product is on sale in organic stores. Take twice a day (morning and evening) for 15 days, and outside of meals.
Lacto-fermented green cabbage or sauerkraut juice
Collard greens juice stimulates mucus production, which reduces inflammation. Drink a glass at the start of each meal. And complement with a glass of destarch potato juice (on an empty stomach). You can find it in health food stores.
On the other hand, lacto-fermented sauerkraut juice is a good natural solution to calm heartburn. Featuring probiotics, the product improves gastric function. To be used preventively or in addition to another gastric dressing.
Drink a glass of lacto-fermented sauerkraut juice a day.
Fennel
Infuse 3 g of dried fennel seeds in 150 ml of boiling water for ten minutes. Filter and drink three cups during the day, outside meals.
Please note, this natural remedy is not recommended for pregnant women. On the other hand, it can be used in children over 6 years old and in breastfeeding women.
And in case of digestive pain, you can also combine fennel in mother tincture with mother tincture of angelica and green anise. Mix in equal parts. Then take 40 drops in a little water, up to twice a day.
