Presentation of Brest recycling centers
Residents of Brest are spoiled for choice when it comes to the waste collection service offered to them since 5 sites are open to them.
These are located in Spernot (in Brest itself), in Lavallot (in Guipavas), in Le Vern (in Brest), in Mescouezel (in Plouzané) and finally in Toull Ar Rannig (in Plougastel). The main recycling center in Brest is that of Spernot, the address of which is as follows: Waste recycling center of Brest, Le Spernot, 179 boulevard d’Europe 29200 Brest. In each of these recycling centers, residents of Brest Métropole will be able to get rid of their specific waste (such as motor oils, batteries, pesticides or batteries), their electrical waste (such as screens, telephones and large and small household appliances) and finally their green waste (leaves, vegetation of all kinds, etc.).
Within these different landfills, it will also be possible to deposit rubble, metals and most bulky items. To facilitate the removal of their waste and to be better informed about the methods of depositing the latter, a team of agents is available to the public during the opening hours of these sites to come to their aid and orient as best as possible.
