The passport is an identity document which is essential for traveling to certain countries. In France, it can be issued to any citizen who requests it and follows the indicated procedure. This takes an average of 28 days, or even more, depending on the period and location of the request. But it is also possible, in certain cases, to obtain an emergency passport.
